Can someone please explain real and fake metal to me?

There is no "Fake" and "Real" metal. it's just people being stupid and saying that because they like or hate it. For Example, Say someone likes Disturbed but hates Skinless. That person will probably say 'Skinless is so fake! Disturbed is real!"
